Calm the Bleep Down started out as a weekly podcast that discussed the daily ins and outs of the journey of working towards living a more mindful and present life. It has morphed a little over the years but the singular focus is still our goal; to help people feel more grounded and present through a daily practice of meditation.


Now we are offering weekly live mindfulness and meditation classes, as well as one on one sessions, a growing YouTube and social media presence, and merchandise. We even have a book and a documentary in the works!
